My mother had been seeing Dr. Green for a decade. Last weekend, after mom ended up in the ER for 8 hours with several serious symptoms, I reached out to Dr. Green to help me understand the tests she had been given and what to do keep her healthy. I couldn't get an appointment for a month, so found a geriatrician who could see my mother in two weeks instead of four. Terrible. I don't think I've ever had a PCP's office telling me to go to the ER if the symptoms of fever continue (and with an attitude) because the doctor is too careless to prescribe or recommend anything. This doc has poor judgment and lacked bedside manner. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Terrible follow up. I cannot reach anyone to go over my blood results and interpret them. The front desk is extremely rude.
Arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic and was immediately refused by the front desk, even though I was already in the building. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive—very disappointing experience.. Life happens, and being a few minutes late should not result in being turned away without any understanding or courtesy. This experience left me with a very negative impression of the office. If you value professionalism and basic courtesy, look elsewhere — avoid this office at all cost..
Dr. Green has been my Primary Care Physician, for many years. She is so caring and patient, and knowledgeable with me. It is quite a distance to get to her, but the trip into NYC is worth it. Thank you Dr. Green.
