Terrible! The Dr. is condescending, doesn't respond to messages and I don't trust her decisions. Additionally, probably the worst office staff I have ever encountered.
I was sixteen, and she was the first OB I ever saw...and she traumatized the hell out of me. Dismissed what would later be diagnosed as endometriosis, and treated my anxiety and history of trauma (fear of someone touching my privates) as a nuisance. Horrible woman. I will never forget how awful she made me feel.
She is very helpful when you have questions. She sits there and listens to me, which is very important to me
Dr. G is very impatient, very snappy. Says one thing on a visit and does another. Other MD's there make you feel like you are bothering them and you are a bother to Dr G. as well. Cold environment, impatient, rude, confusing visits. You get left wondering "what next"? Incomplete, unsatisfied. 100%. They certainly lost my trust and honestly my respect. Test results, exams, prescriptions. - everything gets mixed up.
Terrible practice! The rooms are filthy with overflowing garbage cans and the biohazard can is open with the lid up! There are waiting room chairs right outside the ultrasound room so you have no privacy whatsoever! They don't answer the phone so you are stuck in an endless automated system, then when it rings you get hung up on! When you finally reach a person they can barely speak English and if they don't like what you tell them they hang up on you! DON'T GO HERE!!!
She is extremely patient with us and takes the extra time to answer all our questions and lay out all our options before us before making a decision.
Dr Goldman takes the time and has the patience that I look for in a physician. She listens to the littlest complaint and she makes you feel that you really do matter.
