Debra is knowledgeable and really knows her food! She can help you change how you eat so your life can change. Her recipes are terrific. Innovative and not hard to do at home.
Debra Klein is the best health coach around. I have attended her cooking classes, which are excellent and now routinely use her recipes, which are absolutely delicious and healthy! As a physician, I have many patients interested in loosing weight or just improving their overall health and I never refer them to anybody, but Debra.
