Got sent to collections for a bill I already paid in full and then they the receptionist Pam blamed the doc. So sad try to support another sista and this is what I got.
She knows how read symptoms well. If you're sick you you want her in your corner. She'll pull for you and get you what you need. I wouldn't trade her for anything.
I contacted Dr Jones office in March for a appointment, the soonest they could get me in was in July. So i waited 4 months to see the doctor luckily I wasnt sick I just wanted a check-up. So a week before my doctors appointment her office calls me and states that she wouldnt in the office on the day of my appointment, so I go to rescedule and they cant fit me in until September. I have already waited 4 months and they wanted me to wait another 2 months which is rediculous. I will never recommend
l Let me begin with saying this is the most unprofessional doctors office I've ever experienced. I was there a couple of month ago and had the misfortune of witnessing an argument between Dr Jones and her receptionist Pam. I felt very uncomfortable as Pam was telling Dr Jones to "do your job and act like a doctor"! (to be continued in review below).
She's the BEST!!! She was GOD sent, I've had problems finding a physician I trust & I'm comfortable with. She explains things in it's entirety. She always listens and never make me feel like I'm being rushed.
Dr. Jones is very caring and listens to you. She is always interested in what you have to say and answers all of your questions. Great Doctor!
