Have taken my mom to your Emergency room several times being she didnt have Insurance also couldn't get an appt at any of your clinics. She has chronic pain in her knee and requires pain medications. Yesterday she was seen and the doctor she was treated by was very nice, but then another Doctor got involved and accused her of being at several hospitals which he called Doctor shopping and said she had given the wrong social security number. I have brought my mother to this location twice already. Upon entering on both occasions, front staff is the least bit inviting. I'm uncertain as to why the front desk is so unpleasant. Maybe they had a bad morning, afternoon, or perhaps a bad stroke of luck. Regardless, their lack of professional working ethics is not justified in any way. Patients shouldn't feel uncomfortable in a medical setting.
