My name is unimportant. I have had nine providers in the past 3 years. Seven have left the state and I have filed complaints with the Medical Licensing Board concerning the other two. I have been treated at Mat-Su Services for Anxiety and panic attacks. My most current provider there has left the state. I just had an unfortunate encounter with Deborah Bushnell.
