This was one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to in my life. I went to a dermatologist before her who was horrible and put me on creams that made my skin burn. Dr Luftman looked at the back of all of my products, read the ingredients, told me what to add and take out depending on if they had carcinogens or oils in them. She put me on a plan that was super cost affordable. She had such a maternal energy about her. I can’t sing her praises enough!!

Cold and not personable at all. It was my first visit with her and she spent literally 2 minutes with me. She didn’t even ask any questions about my history or anything else I had questions on or wanted looked at. Just walked into the room went straight to look at a mole I wanted checked. She checked it, said it looked fine, said bye and walked out. Waste of time and money.

Updates from 5 stars to 2 after rude interaction with staff (receptionist and medical assistant). The clinic failed to refill all my prescription when I saw them in January for a telemedicine appointment. I called to confirm they received the request from my pharmacy for a refill. The receptionist told me staff was busy and they would have to call me back. Dr. Luftman is an outstanding doctor. Her skin exams are very thorough and she caught something another Dermo missed that could have been real trouble if not taken care of. I will forever be grateful to her.
