I have been trying to see her now for the last few months. She literally was holding my diabetic medication hostage until I made an appointment. If I had not talk to my foot doctor god knows if I would have ever got refills. Also Now she has rescheduled my appointment 2 months in a row. I am looking for a new family doctor as we speak.
Her questions were inappropriate. She asked how I never got pregnant when she first met me. She did not listen to my symptoms and assumed my condition.
No call backs on anything. Messages on MyChart go unanswered. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea, waiting over 3 months with no response from Dr Zack for my breathing machine. Had to call the sleep lab back to get something done. Wait times are horrendous... 90-120 minutes past the appt time before getting called back. They almost never answer the phone at the time they open. Insurance limits our PCM...but we're looking to go elsewhere. You should too.
