This person knows exactly how to break the law and get away with it. She must have some connections down at the court house. She told her client to break the law to set someone and then acted as if she had no idea it was illegal. She reminds me of those ambulance chasing lawyers you see on those movie.
Just finished my case a few days ago and though it was a contentious divorce. I was worried cause of all the horror stories about Dads not getting a fair shake, but that sure wasn't the case for me thanks to Deb.
Not sure this is even a legal practice. I sent her 3 grand a year ago, have no proof that the trial ever even happened, was not allowed to present evidence, never got the trial i paid for, was presented with child support orders that would have been illegal if there was an actual case (which i had paid for there to be one and for her to represent us) pending, and was then asked to send almost the same amount of money again to her to have a possibly fictional third party get our kids home to us.
