I booked an appointment online for my daughter for school 2weeks beforehand for 9am August 1st we get there at 8:45 Ms Deborah didn’t get to the shop until 10:30 she overbooked me and told me to come back at 5 then the hairstyle my daughter got was sloppy and not done right. Do NOT waist your money here it’s not worth it!

Called the establishment at 5:09pm and asked if there was evening availability. I described the style, which was 7 braids on the front right side of my hair that would have only been braided halfway down. I asked if I was able to text a picture of the desired style and was told yes. Sent the picture immediately after the phone call.
