Dr. Johnson is an outstanding physician who saved my life. During a routine check-up, she identified a murmur and detected a heart condition early. She is always punctual for appointments and promptly follows up on test results. Her commitment to treating health conditions without overprescribing medications is genuine. She contradicted her self (first said I couldn't have a virus, then she said I could). She gave me wrong information (she said the Immodium I took caused my problem and I had to tell her I didn't take it until after I had my problem). She gave me no diagnosis and no treatment recommendation. She also rushed my visit.
Always prepared & focused on me. Never felt rushed. Sad to see him retire.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gold for years. He always takes his time and answers all questions. He is very helpful, as is his staff. I highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnson (that’s her married name) for almost a decade, since she started treating Dr. Natu Patel’s patients (which I was). I’ve never really had any major issues. My only complaint now is that every time I make an appointment she’s booked up for about a month. Not sure if it’s always the case or if I’ve just had some bad luck with the timing. Dr Geary was lovely as I went with a friend to help her navigate the system. But follow up and response to office calls and messages was totally unprofessional. Additionally, follow up with results was medically inappropriate.
Dr. Gold listens and tries to work out the best solution. He's friendly and funny and doesn't make judgements - he's there to help you get better and feel better. I searched for years for a doctor that didn't talk down to me or make me feel bad for even reaching out. I'm glad I found him because many doctors today don't take your concerns seriously or they just whip out a prescription pad and don't take the time to listen.
I had been going to Dr Foster-Merrow for some time now due to insurance and convenience, but feel like her lack of care has been truly detrimental to my life. She refuses to provide diagnostic tests and I have felt ignored as a patient since I have been with her. Thankfully my insurance has now changed and I can finally find a better physician.
Always on time, sits and listens and discusses so you can understand.
