I have called numerous times to get an appt and her staff never calls you back or they brush you off like you are a bother to them, very unprofessional
Staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. I was referred to Dr. Reed by a specialist who had been overseeing my condition for several years. My doctor felt that I needed to see a neurologist in addition to themselves to fully see to my care. I contacted Dr. Reed's office to schedule an appointment. They refused to do so stating that Dr. Reed only accepts referrals from two kinds of doctors. Dr. Reed is knowledgeable, takes time listening & cares about her patients. The office staff is kind & KAREN her APN is excellent. So happy we found her!
