My wife had an appointment today to have a med refilled that was accidentally cancelled by another doctor. She has been without this med for over a day and has been expeiencing some withdrawal symptoms as this med should NOT be stopped suddenly because of severe withdrawal symptoms. This office first tells her she did not have an appointment, which she definately did. Second they would not fill this script and told her she was overreacting about her withdrawal symptoms. I love Dr Reed. I saw her and was so impressed by her bed side manner. She took the time to explain my case to me and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. No question was silly or stupid. She was so down to earth and very easy to speak with. I am so glad she is part of my team. I have to utmost confidence in her. I have a somewhat complex case and I am terrified but knowing I have Dr Reed in my corner reassures me that I’m under excellent care. Thanks UH!!!
**This is a review on the office not Dr. Reed herself.** I scheduled my appointment a month out and the day I got to the office I was told that my appointment had been canceled. This was a surprised to me as it was still showing in my app and I had not been notified of the cancellation. Because this was a mistake on their end you would think they would’ve tried to squeeze me in. Dr. Reed is one of the most compassionate providers I know. I have been going to her for many years and as the migraines evolved, she always tries to to come up with a a new suggestion: cranial sacral release, new preventive medication, or a new medication/nasal spray/ injection. She always listens and never gives up trying to help relieve the migraines. I highly recommend her and her nurse Karen.
