Thoughtful and caring doctor who truly takes time with her patients. Dr. Novak is extremely patient and makes sure all questions and concerns are addressed. My parents were very nervous and anxious about this appointment, but Dr. Novak made them feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this facility and her wonderful staff. Therese is amazing and so helpful! Thank you for all that you do, your care and love for your work truly shows.
Dr. Novak is the best of the best. She tested my hearing and fit me for hearing aids. She receives an A+ from me.
