I have been a patient here for over 8.5 years. I love the staff, Nurses, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, And the GLUE Receptionist+and appointment persons!" I actually recently got ghosted by Martin RIGHT WHEN MY MEDS NEEDED FILLED (how convenient)!! After repeated calls to her and being put straight to voicemail, I am now on the hunt for a new provider that can give me my meds so I don’t ruin all of the progress I have made. The only good people there were the nurses; ladies keep up the awesome work, you were the only ones I felt comfortable talking to and actually cared. I hope to god Deb and the front desk people treat you better than how they treat their patients.
Deborah Martin is extremely inconsiderate and fails at reading comprehension. If I had a choice, I would have chosen a different registered nurse for my health concerns. Avoid at all costs, as she seemed to have a very difficult time with understanding small issues that occur in the workplace. This would include understanding all details when given paperwork or examining past conditions. I was extremely upset that one can be a nurse with this lack of knowledge. Please be aware.
