Completely unorganized and awful customer service. Multiple appointments rescheduled by the office without proper notice and no regards to time constraints for a specific medication. The issue was pushed to the practice manager, Ms. Melanie Wagner, multiple times on a few different occasions, and I’ve been made to lapse on medication yet again.
