Dr. Marcus is undoubtedly the best audiologist I have ever met. She takes time to listen to her patients with a compassionate and thorough understanding of their needs--a holistic approach. Who usually needs hearing aids? Every one who has trouble hearing, usually older people. Who noticed my hearing problem? Everyone and I mean everyone. I am 89 years young. I went to Dr Marcus over a year and a half ago suffering from tinnitus. She is very thorough and the most caring, lovely doctor. She allowed me to keep hearing aides for a couple months on a trial basis and was always available for questions. She also has worked out great pricing making the hearing aides more affordable. Even though the hearing aides did not help my tinnitus and I had to return them, Dr. Marcus went out of her way and gave me information about a New York Medical Facility that I should look into. Dr. Marcus has been my mother’s audiologist for years. I recently connected with her because my mom has Alzheimer’s and I needed to be more involved in her care. When my mom lost her hearing aid in a rehab facility, I called in a state of worry and uncertainty about what to do next. If I could, I’d give this doctor 10 stars. She’s organized, careful and caring. Her testing is meticulous, and explanations of the various ways of testing are provided during the process. I would recommend her to anyone seeking clarity about their hearing or related concerns, such as Tinnitus. You will receive excellent feedback and/or recommendations from Dr. Marcus’ practice.
