the staff was very kind, informative, and efficient. i’m terrified of getting bloodwork done, and although the procedure was quick and painless, i bawled like a baby. all three nurses were so reassuring the entire time. one even came in just to hug me for those five/ten minutes while the other two talked to me. they made me feel so heard and understood. my phone died as i was waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up afterwards and one of the nurses even let me borrow a charger. five stars!
