I’d say probably the worst investment I’ve made over the years on anything. The report Deborah sent me had absolutely nothing on it that I couldn’t gather myself from any of the online property websites and a bit of personal google research. On top of that I had to ask to have the report heavily amended as it was full of mistakes and issues. I also had to supply the title after paying her $1000 to have her run the report for me.
