She's just plain mean. Aloof and sarcastic. She breezes into the office and then breezes out; answering a question in an inconvenience to her. She spent most of my appointment staring at her laptop. I had to ask the pharmacist about the meds she gave me...and the side effects. And she tells you what you need to do to get healthy, but no direction on how to do it.
