Dr Riester is a very thorough, personable, and wonderful doctor!! She’s very thorough, easy to talk to, and genuinely listens. I always feel comfortable and never rushed. I’m really grateful to have her as my doctor, and I highly recommend her.
I have been working with Dr. Reister and her team for the past 4 years, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. I had scheduled my annual check-up last year and even confirmed the appointment just last week. However, when I called them the day before my appointment to check the time, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment, and Dr. Reister is not working that day.Strangely, despite having a call record in my phone history, they even deny any knowledge of my last week call.
