Dr. Greaves wasn’t negligent. However, I felt she lacked compassion. And I definitely did not feel as though she treated me with care. At one point I shared with her a negative experience that I had with another Advent Health nurse and she LAUGHED AT ME. I was shocked to be honest..Dr. Greaves did her job, as far as writing referrals but did not take my wishes into consideration when I asked for additional labs, with the exception of adding a B12 test. But honestly She, took no real interest in me as a person.
She is a great doctor who actively listens to patients and has great wisdom in caring solutions for us.
