I drove 1 hour for an 8 am appointment with Dr. Greaves as a new patient only to arrive and be told the doctor is on vacation. My appointment was cancelled and no one called me. I already paid $272 for appointment, filled out all paperwork and was told someone left me a voicemail. No one left me a voicemail. Keep it mind I had to wait a month to secure an appointment. Where are the dependable primary care physicians in Florida? Moments like this I wish I were still in NY. Absolutely insane!!!!
I love Dr. Greaves. She is extremely attentive to my issues and resourceful. I love that she does not immediately place her patients on meds for everything. She evaluates best options before considering medications. She is very thorough and explains medical issues in layman's terms.
I was a patient of Dr. Greaves when I was around 23 years old, and then I moved out of state for a few decades. I have now moved back to the Central Florida area and was OVERJOYED to find that Dr. Greaves is still in practice! She was my absolute favorite doctor and has been the exemplar by which I have searched for other doctors since I met her over 25 years ago. Never did find one that met the mark. I'm happy to be back in her care.
Dr.Greaves is one of the best doctors i know I love the way she explains everything and ask do you understand and if you have questions, very professional and kind,caring and she listen to you keep up the great work blessings on you. This is Mrs keaton
