Great Dentist office and staff! My kids, mom, husband, sister, and my business staff have all been patients with no regrets. I have been a patient for over 25 years and I am still a happy patient!
This dr is a scam. Overcharges your insurance for barely anything. No pre-quotation for the work she talks non stop and she always claims she knows better and does not listen to patients. She s a know it all and bypasses your concerns. Everything is bad according to her, and she “is the only one capable of fixing it” I stayed there for 1h of her talking non stop, got a migraine and felt very in distress and discomfort. Always a GREAT experience
l felt seen as a person and as a patient by Cindy. I was informed that there might be something happening with one of my dental implants. And even though Dr. Gennero was out of town, she was consulted by Cindy and Melissa and she was able to advise me on what to do. The communication of this office is always top-notch.
