Very good doctor but wait times for scheduling are months out and then have to wait2-3 hours after appt time.
Dr Freeman is a wonderful Dr. she has helped me so much. I am heartbroken she doesn’t accept Medicare starting in 2020. I will have to find a new Dr and no one can replace her. But I wish her well.
Dr. Freeman is a gem found! She is helping me with my thyroid and explained thoroughly a plan for me. She spends a great amount of time with her patients because it is obvious that she cares about their well being. The only BUT I have is the front desk's customer service. They NEVER answer their phone and may take them a few days to get back to you to answer a question or schedule an appointment. It's midday and their answering service is taking the calls. It's pretty ridiculous!
She is the first doctor that I have seen that didn't tell me I would have to live with my symptoms until they got to a point where my blood test hit a certain level. She spent a lot of time with me to establish a plan on treating my symptoms now. You can have a long wait time because she spends as long as needed with a patient.
