My wife was very pleased today with her first visit with Dr. Flake for our latest rescue (just 10 days out from puppy mill.) The entire team was excellent with our cautious little one. The other two older and bigger girls jumped in to add moral support (see photo) Here's my wife's survey response following the care, "True joy to move home to south central PA and be led to all at Animal Wellness! Courteous, personable, patient, and professional all in one visit and one dedicated staff!"
10 emails from here in 9 days. I had to unsubscribe, which I didn't even subscribe, and block their emails. Was to basically just be a check up appointment and a shot or two. My stars do NOT reflect negatively towards the doctor. I have no other issues to mention. I WILL continue to remove one star for each additional email if they keep it up. I was a 1st time customer and they basically chased me away because of redundancy.

I would not give this vet any stars. Office staff rude. This is the second cat my sister took to this clinic that died under the care of this "Dr Flake".
