Unethical and has caused severe damage Unfortunately Ms.Belanger is not educated on co-parenting when one person has a personality disorder and the other person has been subject to abuse. Not only can I not recommend Ms.Belanger but other professionals that I have consulted with as well as several attorney's in Portland know that she is unethical. She is doing a severe dis-service to any new clients that see her for high conflict and/or co parenting issues.
