I've been seeing Dr. Schwartz for as long as I can remember. She is, as one of the other reviews noted warm, kind, thoughtful and caring as a physician, a good diagnostician, and just a very down to earth person. Yes your appointment time may run late, but sometimes that personal attention takes longer than the tight Optum-allotted time-per-patient. Yes you will probably have to book out. Dr.Schwartz is a great ObGyn doctor. She remembers her patients and their problems. She is always prepared and attentive. The reasons that it is not five stars are that I had to wait six months for the check up appointment and my appointments are rarely on time.
If there was -5 Star for Customer Service that is what you deserve for the Poor quality of returning calls to your patients. I would suggest future parents to stay away as far as possible. Absolutely disgusted.
