They overbook their patients so the Wait times are ridiculously long , my baby apt was at 8:30 it’s 10:05 she still hasn’t been seen , anytime I come here it’s always overly crowded

If you want your child put in a straight jacket (while you sit outside because you are not allowed back with them) while they examine your child and tell you that your child has a bunch of dental work that they need done when in reality they don’t need it…or if you want your child to have a bunch of teeth pulled for no reason..then this is your place! If I could give a ZERO star review I would. If you have been referred to Dr. Ashcraft for a consultation, do not even bother! MAJOR RED FLAG is that they DO NOT allow you back with your child... my child is 4yrs old! They also told us that my child had 12 cavities and needed his top 3 teeth front teeth pulled and crowns on his molars and about $5,000 worth of unnecessary dental work! My child's top 3 front teeth that are so bad that they need to be pulled.... YEAH, OK! Dr. Ashcraft will also reply to this review and say that... read more

Horrible dentist. Was told my daughter had cavities, she did not after being examined by another more qualified dentist. They also would not send over X-rays they did to my child’s new dentist when asked. Her other dentist said Ashcraft has a reputation for that kind of stuff. They also bruised my child’s face. When I asked them about it, they accused me of hurting my child. My child also confirmed they were rude to her as well. So glad we found a better more qualified dentist. This office needs to be shut down.
