Do not take your children here! We had the worst experience ever. They wouldn't let me go back with my son, to at least get him settled. It wasn't a "we prefer parent's don't go back there", it was a complete refusal. I literally pushed my way back there with my son to get him settled. Then, they weren't able to get the x-rays necessary and didn't call me when I asked them to call me if he had a hard time getting the x-rays. After the exam, I never got to talk to the doctor. My son is 10. After having a really bad experience and being traumatized by another dentist. We got sent here because is his ASD, and severe ADHD. He has fallen in love with Dr. Ashcraft. He loves the papoose. He said it’s a tight hug and he feels more relaxed and safe. She gives the recommendation for them to have melatonin because he calms them and makes the nitrous giving less stressful on their little bodies! Liam will forever be with her till he ages out!
Dr. Ashcraft has traumatized me she told me that if i kept moving that she was gonna knock my teeth out which true i should not have been moving but mind you i am an 11 year old child why would you tell me that you are going to knock my teeth out and also when i was their i had to get a lot of fill ins and before i left to my new dentist i had another appointment for a fill in and when i went to the new dentist the basically said my teeth were perfect because I asked did I need a fill in and they told me no.
