If they recommend you from Augusta smilies tell them to recommend you somewhere else. Simple as that. Appointment was at 8:30 am and they told me to get here early here it is 9:20 and I’m still in the waiting area. Don’t come here point blank. Reading all the reviews they leaving under everybody comment is crazy bottom line is, stop taking in so many kids knowing you can’t get working parents out on time. Then y’all tell people to come early FOR WHAT WHEN WE GOING TO BE WAITING ALL DANG MORNING
Our experience at this office was very disappointing. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m., and we arrived at 8:50, but were not seen until after 11:00. This was our first and likely our last visit. Several other parents in the waiting area mentioned that long delays are common, which was concerning to hear. She does horrible work. I can’t believe I have to come out of pocket for two crowns because she incorrectly did her job per another dentist judgement. She’ll get you in and out but the work is terrible. She over books, there is no reason the parking should be so packed you can’t even find parking. Update: I looked at X-rays today 10-21-25 of the work that Ashcroft done & there is still cavity under my child’s filling & barely a tooth for the crowns to stick to no wonder they popped of within two months.
