I saw her 10 years ago and frantically asked her office to have her call me back regarding a result. Dr Yu called me back on her drive to reassure me about results. Now that I am a doctor myself I realize how silly my question was, but it made me realize that Dr Yu actually cares about her patients. She took the time to call me and explain everything gently when she probably had many more high risk patients on her list. I’ll always remember that.
I can’t give half a star , there’s none. I went once. Didn’t really care for the place. I had an emergency, called 2x. Left messages. Never called me back. I had yo go see my dr for my problem. I do not recommend this dr.
I’m a new patient and my first visit with Dr Yu exceeded my expectations. She was very warm and welcoming. She took the time to get to know me and my medical history. She answered all of my questions and provided great information. Over all I would recommend her to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Yu.
