Drove 20min to Liberty Twp for a new patient appt only to be told that Dr Hauger had started taking patients in her "regular" office; something about flooding repairs. I asked the person at check-in to call the other location and explain. I got a call a few hours later looking to reschedule but no apology, which is common courtesy. I took our business elsewhere.
