The past at least 3 appointments I’ve had, the wait time is ridiculous . I arrive 15+ minutes early before my appointment time and still have to wait in the waiting room for over a hour. My most recent appointment took 2 hours for a 10 minute procedure, not to mention when I walked to the back all room doors were wide open . If she wasn’t even seeing anybody what was I waiting for ? Great customer service.
The person who answered the phone was very rude and lacked manners. Could someone with proper etiquette please remind them that patients deserve to be treated with respect
Came for my first visit a little over a year ago and was a little worried by some of the comments I read about the office, but tried it anyway since Dr Brown’s reviews are great. Have to say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was super nice and friendly, and the office was cutely decorated for fall and very clean. There’s was maybe 1-2 women in front of me, but the entire appointment couldn’t have taken more than 30-45 min. Avoid this doctor at all costs. Wish I could give zero stars. Her front desk staff is consistently rude and incompetent and have no desire to answer questions or help patients. They hardly answer phones and when they do they’ll tell you the person who can help you isn’t in and will have to call you back which they never do so you just have to keep calling. Office visits are by appts which they tell you to arrive 15 minutes early for but expect to wait at least 1.5 hrs or more to actually be seen by the doctor. Also the docto... read more
