Tenant review: Skye was our property manager through the years for the better chunk of almost a decade. Sadly, we had to move house back in 2021 so we’ve been with many other agencies since. Skye was able to rectify a problem for my elderly mum which was helpful with her worried family when she had to leave her rental property..
Renting Tenant **Poor communication** phone never gets answered My mother was elderly and not well and the owner (Skye) showed little consideration in communicating back simple requirements.... not even to return a phone call from untold unanswered calls. Absolutely bad business practices and lack of consideration for people
Good communication is indeed important which is why I am quite confused as I have been trying to contact property manager Skye Bartlett, in regard to returning keys to a property my mother and I were intending to rent, my mother passed away suddenly before we moved in, in my grief I emailed Skye to explain the situation and that I simply could not continue with the rental as I am a single mother and having my mother pass away I could not afford the rent alone and I had funerals bills to pay etc. Skye then called me back inst... read more
