Debonair Cleaners has been my entire family’s dry cleaner for the past decade. They’re excellent with customer service, cleaning, and alterations.
Well deserved 5 stars. A few evenings ago, I called just before closing time to drop off some garments; the staff member, a gentleman, was very kind and delayed closing the shop to accommodate me. Many thanks. I picked up the clothes today, and the temperature inside the shop was extremely hot and unbearable; yet, the staff continued to work hard, ignoring the significant discomfort. They lost a very expensive suit of my husbands and took no responsibility. When he went back one last time, they had also lost a button down shirt. They didn’t even apologize or offer anything for either. In fact, they admitted to having lost someone else’s tuxedo.
Courteous, fast, and dependable family owned business. Love them!
