I contacted DeBolt Tree Service on a Monday to request a quote. They reached out and told me I would receive a call the next day, Tuesday, to schedule an appointment. I didn't hear from them until two days later, on Wednesday. We then agreed on an appointment for that Friday. I asked for a timeframe and did not receive a response back. It then wasn't until 2pm on the day of the appointment that they told me they can't make it and asked to come during the weekend(?). I just said never mind.
