I contacted DeBoer after I started to see Asian Beetles in my home this fall. Last year, they were just terrible and we had them all through winter. I wasn't going through that again! No honor, find someone else, He told me my mattress was so well made stitched up well that the bed bugs could not penetrate into my mattress, they where only on the outside of it...Make you think.
