Recommendedthe customer service is great. I purchased a new spa. During install, the base was inadvertently cracked. I didn't notice it right away but when I did, I took a picture and went in to show Andrea. She immediately emailed the manufacturer and ordered a new base. The guys are here now installing it. No hassle, no questions asked, done on a day of my convenience. I am happy.
had my pool installed last july, there is a rock under the bottom the liner and they wont fix it. was told to just roll a soup can over it and it will fix it. no the pool is leaking water and can not find a hole anywhere. definitely do not reccomend them to install a pool.
Pool looks nice but there is a noticeable dip from 1 end to the other. All they needed to do is us a transit to make sure all of the concrete pads were level.
