Awesome choices - go and see! Debis - SW MILITARY DRIVE: This is a busy store & seems under-staffed. Most customers on a saturday were teenagers w/ their mom's getting sweet 16 b-day & prom dresses. A bride might feel frustrated w/ this but please go & look anyway. The sales lady who helped me was very kind & they have an excellent selection. I found my dream dress here (for less than $900). Poor customer service! I went in looking for a evening gown, the first inpression I received was already bad, I walked in and a older woman behind the counter saw me come in and did not greet me or asked if she could help, she just looked at me. Wow! so typical of southside attitude! so then I was looking for the evening gown section and had questions, but no one was available to assist me, with only two sales clerks and both were with customers. They ordered the wrong size/they don't care and will not fix problem I ordered a dress for a Quncinera my daughter is to be in. I ordered the dress from a Debis Bridal in San Antonio, TX. There are no words in the Webster dictionary to describe how rude and unprofessional the manager was. My daughter measurements that they did came out to be 38 1/2 bust. Their size chart goes from a 38 then the next size a 40. Going off her bust size, they ordered a size 38 when her bust is a 38 1/2. They should have ordered a size 40. So th... read more

Great selection and not pushy I ordered my dress couldn't wait for it to come in when it arrived i went in to try it on wow just as pictured it very little alterations, the seamtress was great, she was very professional after she finished the fit was prefect I am glad I went there. Thanks Debi's

Ms. Tina was amazing she picked so many dresses for me to try on that were all so beautiful! It was so hard for me to choose but I found My Dress! And it was super gorgeous! Thank you Ms. Tina for being patient with me and helping me find the dress for me!

I loved my experience at Debi's Bridal. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Debi and her husband Jay went out of there way to help me and give me advice regarding my dress and the dresses for my bridesmaids. Tina was the one who assisted me as I tried on the dresses. She was so patient with me. She made me feel comfortable and I found the dress of my dreams! I'm so glad I went to Debi's Bridal. I know now they are trust worthy, helpful and put customers first.
