Ed visited us today for a boiler service and replaced the expansion chamber on our hot water tank. He was excellent, very courteous, efficient, and clean and tidy. We have had lots of work done by Deben Boiler Services over a period of years; and would thoroughly recommend them .
Ed and the team promptly responded to my enquiry on Checkatrade with regards to a boiler fault at an elderly and unwell family members property. Ed was so organised and polite, he contacted the manufacturer and organised for the issue to be repaired, which meant they had hot water after being let down by 2 rogue traders. Martin and now with his son Ed having looked after us all with routine and emergency work with professionalism , integrity , prompt and reliable efficiency . The father and son duo from Deben Boilers are second to none in their field - courteous, conscientious, tidy and brilliant at their job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The complex new heating system was carried out swiftly and with minimum disruption.
after my boiler packed up I called Martin to install a new one, Martin and his son ed came on a Saturday to install new one, they had it all done by tea time left the house tidy and did a great job for a great price cheers guys
