Zero stars needs to be an option. I paid for a rush order, with 4 days leeway. Rush is supposed to have a 24hour turn around. Not only do I not have my product, I have NO product for a very large event. I will absolutely ensure that our company, and anyone that will listen, will not be ordering any product from this company again.

I wish i can give zero. I came to pick up mu order from all the way to Cambridge and got to know they miss placed order somewhere. Seriously, what a disappointing customer service
