I wish i can give zero. I came to pick up mu order from all the way to Cambridge and got to know they miss placed order somewhere. Seriously, what a disappointing customer service
I continue to be let down and down again from every other supplier I tend to go through, but these guys never give me issues. They make the entire process from start to finish, easy to follow through. I had a rush order, and they were right on it with artwork, and such. There are other major promo suppliers out there to use, but nothing compares to the quality and care from Debco/HPG. Super happy with their services all the time, and go above my expectations!
