By far the worst service I’ve experienced through State Farm. It’s all thanks to Kayla. My family and I have been members since the 70s and The first time ever I’ve considered leaving was recently. Thanks to Kayla. The worst service. Never calls back. No help. Liar. It’s my first bad review I’ve ever had to make. That’s how bad she is. Once Greg left this office fell apart. Get better Kayla Or leave this industry.
