Realtors get a bad rep especially in the Vancouver area. Debbie is the complete opposite. She answered all of our messages VERY promptly no matter how dumb the question was and made everything easy to understand. She knows the market quite well and was able to negotiate a really great deal with our new place. Very pleasant to deal with and never made us feel rushed.
