Fantastic!!! My arm broke off my glasses and I called everywhere. Only Debbie could fix it and it was quick. It was better than new and at an excellent price. I'll be bringing the family in. She has 2 stores - White Rock and Langley. Good selection of glasses & sunglasses.
I had a great experience with Debbie and the White Rock location. Debbie took the time to let me try many frames and styles. I was never rushed and found two frames I love. My lenses are correct and I can clearly read even small point sizes. The pricing was great for two pairs of progressives. A total recommend!
Thanks a lot for your good work and kindness that you have shown at the tough time of pandemic . My mom lives in a long -term health care facility; it was so tough when I was informed that my mom’s eyeglasses is broken ! Due to the pandemic and the strict restrictions imposed on the facility where my mom resides , I had one and only one option which was to get the eyeglasses fixed. Walked in recently to have some sunglasses repaired... in a hurry as we were off to Spain today. Debbie fixed them personally, and did a wonderful job on my wife's Maui Jim glasses, even though another optical store said they could not be fixed. And we purchased the glasses at that store! Top-notch service from Mozelle... and the lab is right there. Highly recommended !
Debbie Mozelle has wonderful employees. The girls are always helpful and easy to work with particularly for their older customers. The selection of frames is excellent. The items available are very reasonable and the glasses are excellent quality, particularly for those on limited incomes.
