Heidi was terrific, very kind and made my experience getting auto insurance significantly easier.
Recently joined Debbie’s office after having a different auto insurance provider, and the quality of service is impeccable. I called the office and Laura promptly answered, providing me with detailed information about coverage options. The whole team is readily available any time I’ve had a question, and that is not something you can find just anywhere. I fully recommend getting in touch with the team if you’re looking to find a new insurance provider - very personable group.
Terrible agent..never answers the phone...so bad I called corporate and had them switch me to a different state farm...Hopefully this guy won't treat me like crap like debbie George did....even the other state farm agency's laughed and said they knew how debbie George didn't answer the phone and treated people like crap...your so full of crap...calling me a liar and saying I didn't call is pathetic...other state farms laugh at the way you treat your customers...everyone sees through your bs....I switched to a different state... read more
I have Allstate atm and was getting subpar at best. I bought a new Vehicle from Classic Toyota. Alex sent me to Debbie. I was greeted nicely by Heidi. She was fast, intune to my needs and Kind. I had all kinds of requests and she answered the call in a timely manner with GREAT rates. Saving me a ton of money and far exceeding the Allstate coverage.
