I’d give 0 stars if I could. My grandmother has been in excrutiating pain for months and called Dr. Yu Tungol’s office numerous times to be seen and it took an unbelievable amount of time and multiple follow up calls when she’s an established patient. After being told Yu Tungol would request the tests necessary to found out what’s going on, the appointment accomplished nothing and was told she’d be referred to a specialist.
