I had my annual checkup with Dr. Duong on 9/30/25. I always have a very good visit with with Dr. Duong and the people who assist her (Techs who administer various tests). I have been a Patient of Dr. Duong for quite a few years. She is concise, professional, honest and most pleasant to deal with. I will be Dr. Duong's Patient as long as I'm permitted to be. Before I leave my appointment with her, I always sign up for the next annual appointment before I leave the office of Bartlet, Dulaney & Perkins.
My complaint is not with Debbie so much as it is with Barnet, Dulaney, Perkins in Surprise AZ. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Doctor’s office ever period. You are brought in like cattle to a kiosk machine and if you happened to be a few minutes late, no mercy you have to pay $25 or reschedule. This happened to me because they had the wrong email and phone number.
