Terrible management was glad we were in a position to sell. If you needed something done it came with a huff and a puff need a mailbox fixed becomes a hassle on whose job it is the condo or the post office until this day despite the company who shovels and broke my tail light I never got the 250 I paid out of pocket to fix. God forbid kids should play and be loud without neighbors complaining and if your on the board you seem to get your stuff fixed and problems resolved a lot faster. I worked with Monica Kavanaugh at Debbie Blais Real Estate and I can not recommend her too highly. We bought a mobile home in Lakeville and she was originally the seller's agent. She became a dual agent to represent both us the buyer and the seller.
