I wish I had better things to say, as our initial experience with Debbie was really great. We initially started working with Debbie around July 2023 for our October 2024 wedding. Unfortunately, around February 2024, I stopped hearing from her. She did not respond to repeated attempts to communicate with her. I wish I could leave ZERO stars! After taking my son & his fiancé's retainer fee, she ghosted them for months. Once threatened with litigation, she was "apologetic". She lied about sending a refund check. Then it took another few weeks for her to agree to cashapp it. Then didn't...until we robo-texted her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER "SERVICES"!
If I could give Debbie 10 ⭐️s I absolutely would. Debbie is a true professional and a creative genius when it comes to wedding decorating and coordination. Our wedding went off without a hitch and we had a blast. As my daughter would say "she slayed it".
Debbie was so great from beginning to end. She works well with her customers with payment planning! Keeps the bride and groom informed with all details. However when it came closer to time it was very hard to reach her about last minute questions but that is to be expected as she is very popular.
