Debbi's class for mature adults is very appropriate for everyone. She adjust the exercise to each person who needs modifications due to their individual issues. The evening classes are great for a more challenging routine still she adjusts to each person with specific issues. And she covers the entire muscle structure. In my case I started her classes with a limited right leg mobility in climbing stairs. That issue is totally gone. I normally attend the mature fitness classes in the morning which are ideal. They are safe and effective as well as informative and fun!

Debbi is a very knowledgeable fitness specialist. Her classes are excellent, and she shows you how to exercise correctly so you don’t get injuries. Great teacher, great person!

I've been attending Debbi's fitness and fundraising classes for several years. The thing I like most about Debbi is that she realizes the potential in you that you didn't know you had. I've pushed myself further than I would have just working out on my own. Her classes are for all levels of fitness skill, from high level athletes to seniors. She also mixes it up with weights and balance balls. I look forward to her classes to see the new things we're going to try each week. I highly recommend Debbi T.'s fitness classes.
