The 3 stat rating isn't because of the staff, but reflects the quote I got from them for property insurance. It's vastly overpriced. I went in looking to get something even a little bit cheaper than what I have now, and got quoted over $2,000 higher than what I'm already paying. I hope rates change soon. Will update rating if it goes down to an actual good price.
Nancy is great and will do her best to help you. The corporate end of this place will not help you. They have you sign up for a policy agree on terms and then the next month charge you more then what you originally agreed on. Then when you go to get a refund if you have any other policy with them they put it towards that instead of issuing it back to your bank.
