Nancy is great and will do her best to help you. The corporate end of this place will not help you. They have you sign up for a policy agree on terms and then the next month charge you more then what you originally agreed on. Then when you go to get a refund if you have any other policy with them they put it towards that instead of issuing it back to your bank.
