Very friendly and easy to work with. Replies fast when I have questions. Short wait time for appointments. Every other place I tried had 1-2 year waiting list and would never answer my calls.
Dr. Monroe assured us she could provide an autism evaluation for our son. Then she suddenly and without notice changed to a different clinic and after many phone calls, finally let me know she had changed employers. After telling her that I found that extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate- she Changed what she had said and told me she could treat my son privately. She had me fill out an enormous amount of paperwork, do an hour long intake, contact my insurance company with instructions on how exactly she needed billing ... read more
